Medical Review Officer (MRO) Services In 1990 Dr. Rodney Bobbitt began serving as the Medical Review Officer, and in 1992, he attended the certification conference to become a Certified Medical Review Officer (CMRO). He recognized the need for a service-oriented company dedicated to multi-sized businesses. The commitment was to establish a business philosophy built on SERVICE. This principle has paid off well. The years ahead look very promising. We have created our own user-friendly software. This software allows faster reviewing of drug screen by Internet. It allows the company to always have access to their results. In the near future we will continue developing our software database to be used for reviewing the DOT physicals. MROdotcom is best know for SERVICE and without providing good customer service we would not be in business. We will continue to be a service-oriented business in the future. |

| Graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in Galveston, Texas in 1964. He practiced primarily in Emergency Medicine and was the founder of the specialty. In 1980 he moved his practice to Temple, Texas and began his practice primarily in Industrial Medicine. He spends his free time working for his wife in Cameron, Texas were she has her Veterinary practice. He enjoys fishing at the coast with his family. | |||

She manages our accounting department. She served as Dr. Bobbitt's nurse for several years. She is a single mother of one who enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her daughter. | |||

| Need to find negative results? Laney is the person you need to contact. She organises the data entry of the results. She searches for lab results and for Chain of Custudies from the collection sites. She is great with correcting errors that may occur with a result received from the lab or that may need correcting. She spends all her time with her husband and three boys. | |||

| She is the newest member of our team. She is currently being trained in all areas of the MRO world. She is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Spanish, which helps us communicate. She is certified as our breath alcohol instructor. She loves to travel to Costa Rica. She has two sons in Houston, Texas. She spends time with them and her husband. | |||
